I also found the service would drop with frequency, to be honest., unless using what purported to be local servers. I have to say (have said) I feel cheated from start to finish. Truth is, the cat was rather let out of the bag. Initially, the representative, Lu*a stated that it was not uncommon for people to double-subscribe but when I further referenced that in subsequent emails, I imagine it wasn't well received. But I would have no desire to double-subscribe to two VPN services. Avast continues to adamantly state my original 3 year subscription was not ended by them prior to my subscribing to a broadly parallel service. Avast will not acknowledge I have lost all faith (I have clearly stated this) and so any extended association with them would be inappropriate. To be clear, as I write, this complaint is ongoing or 'live.' After many emails, I had eventually stated I required satisfactory resolution by 15/3. I am not sure if it is intentional but such a suggestion seems to be a continuing delaying tactic. it's all just endlessly patronising, actually.
And, as if they couldn't see what they had sent out from their end anyway.

#CONTACT AVAST CUSTOMER SERVICE HOW TO#
How to do that retrospectively is just not worth arguing over since it is not possible. Like a fool, I considered I must somehow have got my dates wrong and further subscribed to their 'Avast One' service who knows what difference? As, I write, Avast steadfastly refuses to acknowledge it ever sent any such notifications and this afternoon (15th March 2022) I was asked if I could possibly send a screenshot. Avast then terminated my service altogether, in effect 12 months early. *UPDATE AT END* My experience of Avast is that, towards the end of year 2 of a 3 year subscription to 'Secureline VPN.,' I began to receive warning notifications - on logging in - that my subscription was about to expire.
